Run thirty venues like you run one.

SPOON is the workspace for hospitality marketing teams. Plan a month of content from one brief, keep every ad account in view, and start each day with a short list of what needs you.

0 photos read in Bar Lupa’s drive. 26 of 27 November posts planned.

Everything a venue needs from its marketing team, in one place.

Ads managers, a photo drive, a content planner, a task board, spreadsheets for the report and a chat thread for approvals. SPOON replaces the tab-hopping with one workspace per venue, brand and group.

Eight tabs, four logins, one venue.

And that’s before the second venue.

Content

Your photo archive, sorted and ready to plan.

  • Link a Google Drive folder per brand. New files are labelled automatically: dish, drinks, interior, terrace, team, guests.
  • Every photo shows where and when it was posted, so nothing repeats within your reuse window.
  • Auto-plan fills a month from one brief and writes captions in the venue’s tone of voice.
  • Preview the Instagram grid and TikTok profile before anything goes out.

Ads

Meta, Google and TikTok side by side.

  • Cost per reservation for every venue, against the target you set per channel.
  • Pause, resume and change budgets without opening an ads manager.
  • Ads go live at their start time and pause at their end time.
  • Osteria Nove€5,10, target €7,00
  • Bar Lupa€6,85, target €7,00
  • Café Merel€9,40, target €8,00
  • Kade Twaalf€4,20, target €6,00

The upright line is the target you set for that venue on Meta.

Signals

A short list, every morning.

  • Every venue is checked daily: budget pace, ads that carry everything, bookings that suddenly drop.
  • Sorted by urgency. Resolve it or snooze it, and see who handled what.

Work

Who’s on what, per venue.

  • Tasks with a venue, a deadline and an owner. Type one line, press Enter.
  • Projects for openings, menu launches and campaigns.
  • The monthly round shows each venue’s step and whose turn it is.

Reports

The monthly report builds itself.

  • One report per venue per month, with room for your own note.
  • It says per platform what is counted. Export to Excel in one click.

Before it plans a single post, SPOON reads everything you already have.

So a planned month looks, sounds and runs the way the venue already posts. Nothing about your feed changes except who does the sorting.

  1. Every photo in the drive.

Each photo and video is labelled: what’s on the plate, inside or out, the season, people or none, sharp or blurry, and whether it’s a flyer for a date that has passed. Copies and burst shots count as one photo, so the same table never turns up twice in a month.

  2. Every post you ever put out.

SPOON reads the feed back: what went out, on which day, in which format and how it did against the account’s own average. A photo from last month doesn’t come back next month, and the mix stays yours. Three photos, a reel and a carousel a week stays three photos, a reel and a carousel a week.

  3. Every caption you wrote.

Length, tone, how you speak to guests, emoji or none, the one hashtag you always use, the line you end on. New captions are written the same way, and the team can still make each one shorter, longer or more like the venue.

Your feed keeps its look, its rhythm and its voice. See how a month runs

How a month runs in SPOON.

SPOON suggests, a person decides. Five steps per venue, the same every month, so a team can keep thirty venues moving without losing track of one.

Tell SPOON what the month is about.

A short chat per venue: launches, events, closures, what to push. It asks follow-up questions when something is missing and sums it up before anything gets planned.

What’s happening at Bar Lupa in November?
New autumn menu from the 7th. Closed on the 18th for a private event. Push the Friday DJ nights.
Got it. Should the menu launch get a reel, or a carousel of the new dishes?
Reel, then a carousel the week after.
November brief
  • 7 Nov Autumn menu launch: reel, carousel a week later
  • 18 Nov Closed: private event, nothing planned
  • Fridays DJ night, story on the day

Numbers you can say out loud to a client.

Try it: resolve or snooze a signal.

Cost per reservation only counts the reservations a platform can attribute. People who call or walk in don’t show up there. SPOON says so in every report, compares a venue with its own history instead of an industry average, and tells you when the tracking changes.

  • Measured against itself. A venue is compared with its previous months and its own median post, not with a benchmark from somewhere else.
  • Incomplete is marked as incomplete. Today’s figures, a changed booking event or a gap in the data each get a note next to the number.
  • Every morning, before you ask. All venues are checked at 06:15. You get what changed, not another dashboard to scan.

Built for the people who keep restaurants full.

SPOON was made inside a hospitality marketing agency, and its team uses it on their own client venues first.

For agencies

Every client in one workspace, grouped the way they really are: group, brand, venue. Your team sees whose turn it is for each venue, and you see the whole book of business on one screen.

  • Roles for account managers, makers and admins
  • A monthly cap on usage costs, per workspace
  • Notes that only your team can see

For hospitality groups

Running several venues with an in-house marketer, or working with an agency? See every venue side by side, approve content from one link and get the same report for each location.

  • One brand archive shared by its venues
  • Approvals from your phone, no login needed
  • The same monthly report for every location

Brief it, plan it, approve it, run it, report it. One SPOON for every venue.

Careful with your clients’ accounts.

Stored in the EU
Database and app servers run in Frankfurt. Caption drafts and photo labels are made through Anthropic’s API.
Nothing goes out unapproved
SPOON proposes posts and captions, and a person on your team approves them. Ads only change when someone on your team changes them.
Keys stay on the server
Connections to Meta, Google and Drive are stored as server-side secrets, never in the browser.
Backed up daily
A full backup every day, with the last seven days kept.

Questions we get a lot.

Does SPOON post anything without us?

No. SPOON drafts the plan and the captions, and a person on your team approves every post. Ads only go live after someone on your team approves them, at the start time you set.

Will our feed start to look different?

No. SPOON reads the photos you have, the posts you already put out and the captions you wrote, and plans in that same mix, look and voice. It only takes over the sorting and the first draft.

Which channels does it work with?

Ad results from Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, organic Instagram insights, Instagram and TikTok previews, and Google Drive for the photo archive.

Do we have to move our photo archive?

No. Link the Google Drive folder you already use per brand. SPOON reads it every fifteen minutes and labels new photos and videos automatically.

How are reservations counted?

As reservations the ad platforms can attribute. That leaves out guests who call, walk in or book later on another device, and every report says so. Compare a venue with itself over time rather than reading the number as a promise.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of venues. During the beta we agree it with each agency directly. Request a demo and we’ll go through it.

Can we try it with our own venues?

Tell us how many venues you run in the form below. In the demo we walk through SPOON with venues like yours and talk about a trial.

Show us your venues.

Tell us a little about your team and the venues you run. We’ll reply by email to plan a demo.

  1. You send the form. Two minutes, no account needed.
  2. We plan a call. Thirty minutes, on a screen share.
  3. We show SPOON with venues like yours. And talk about a trial with your own.
